GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES
Bridge Health is seeking an individual to join our IDD Program in the position of Direct Support Professional (DSP). DSPs are responsible for providing a broad range of services to individuals within the Bridge Health IDD program. DSPs assist adults with daily living skills while they are in the community and in a day program setting. They are responsible for professional and compassionate, services and care. They provide Person Centered activities for adults in the program, as well as, while out in their community assisting with inclusion and integration. DSPs will need to have the ability to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and behavior diagnosis. Documentation is required and the individual selected will need to be able to clearly and concisely document within an electronic client record (ECR). Primary work schedule will be Monday through Friday, full-time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least 21 years old, three years of good driving history and two years of experience working in a social service setting providing support to individuals with a Developmental Disability diagnosis. Preferred Qualifications: Very good computer skills, friendly, patient, and compassionate individual who is detailed oriented would be the best fit in this position.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
