As a Residential Treatment Technician at Bridge House LLC, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu by conducting regular checks on residents, resident rooms, and facility property.
- Monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being and reporting unusual behavior or physical ailments to medical staff.
- Completing necessary resident charting and documentation within each shift.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in the human services field preferred.
- Must be 21 or over.
- Must have a valid driver's license and 5 years driving experience with a current good driving record.
- Must pass background check.
