Expectations of the role:
- Preparation of reporting packages (quarterly business plans, semi-annual investor reports, and internal performance reports)
- Review and process requests for modification of documents, lease reviews, property releases, reserve releases, construction draws and other situations, present to leadership team for approval
- Abstract and monitor legal documents for loan covenants, cash management, and reporting requirements across the commercial real estate debt portfolio to ensure compliance
- Review and analyze monthly and/or quarterly property financial and reporting packages, as required to evaluate trends in performance
- Assist in gathering due diligence and re-underwriting existing investments
- Excellent communication skills, acting as a liaison between sponsors, loan servicers, and internal originations teams
- Participate in asset management calls with internal originations team, sponsors, and loan servicers
- Build and maintain strong relationships that require effective collaboration with the originations team, accounting, third parties, and attorneys to ensure a consistent understanding of performance expectations
- Periodically perform site inspections
What you should bring
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Finance or Asset Management
- An undergraduate degree from a top university
- Asset level underwriting experience is preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skill with experience in financial and real estate modeling
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet multiple deadlines
- Excels at being able to take on projects independently and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Compensation Details
The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in New York is $115,000 to $130,000 per year. Hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
