Make an impact
The Traveling Field Superintendent is responsible for managing the turn/make ready process from resident move out to new resident move in for a set number of vacant homes within the market. This role will require 50 to 75% travel out of state. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Manage the entire turn process using company technology including scoping the home, resident chargeback calculations, vendor dispatch and oversight and quality control inspections.
· Assign work to 3rd party vendors; manage work scheduling and performance of vendors; set completion dates and expectations for quality of work ensuring it meets Bridge Homes standards; develop punch lists for vendors to correct any deficiencies.
· Visit properties and perform inspections multiple times during the turn process including at move out, market ready, rent ready, and move-in status of property.
· Perform pre-moveout inspection with resident prior to scheduled move out date.
· Create a list of materials needed for the turn based on assessment of the property.
· Complete repairs listed on the scope of work. This may include changing lightbulbs, touchup paint, light gardening, cleaning, etc.
· Responsible for handling emergency calls from residents as needed.
· Take photos of completed properties for marketing.
What you should bring
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
· Valid Driver’s License required, with reliable transportation
· Minimum of two to four years of multi-family/single-family residential property maintenance experience, or similar background
· Experience managing, training, or mentoring third party vendors and/or employees
· Intermediate computer and iPad skills required; Field Management and Construction software is a plus
· Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods include but are not limited to painting, carpentry skills, wood working, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, basic tools, appliance diagnosis, and repair.
· Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
· Pays close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
· HVAC certification is a plus
· Fluent in English, bilingual Spanish a plus

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.

- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
