Bridge Investment Group is hiring rising senior Summer Analysts for Bridge’s net lease industrial investment vertical’s internship in Arlington, VA for Summer 2025. The program offers unique exposure to one of the fastest-growing global real estate investment management firms. Here you will learn about the acquisition/investment/portfolio management process within industrial net lease assets such as manufacturing, distribution, warehouse and cold storage facilities across the United States. You will also learn about net lease credit underwriting, which focuses on the underlying business occupying the real estate asset.

Bridge’s fast-growing entrepreneurial culture means the Summer Analyst will be expected to take lead and contribute to assigned vertical-specific projects, working closely with senior management, other dedicated vertical personnel as well as other interns on company-wide initiatives throughout the program.

Qualifications:

Candidates should be highly motivated, energetic, and savvy with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to thriving in a fast-paced client-facing role and having effective communication skills, a successful candidate should have:

• Desire to excel within private equity real estate

• Relevant coursework in accounting, corporate finance, and financial statement analysis

• Minimum 3.5 GPA or equivalent

• Excellent oral communication skills and interest in client service

• A self-starter, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude with a keen sense of urgency

• Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical skills

• Passion for learning and growth with a mindset that no task is too small

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Ability to work in the office where this internship is located for the duration of the program
