- As an Asset Manager for Bridge Logistics Properties, you will be responsible for managing business plan execution, financial performance, tenant relations, and operational efficiency in the region. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate investment, asset management, and a strong understanding of the industrial real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Optimization: Develop and implement business plans to optimize asset performance, including setting annual budgets, forecasting property-level cash flows, and conducting detailed financial analysis to maximize return on investment.
- Leasing and Tenant Relations: Oversee leasing activity and tenant relations for the East Region. Negotiate new and renewal leases while ensuring lease compliance for existing tenants. Proactively address tenant concerns to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Capital Projects & Improvements: Oversee capital expenditure projects through coordination with construction teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired scope.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to assess property values, trends, and competitive positioning. Develop strategies to enhance asset performance, including property upgrades and repositioning.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, including detailed financial analysis, occupancy trends, leasing activity, progress on key initiatives, and quarterly valuations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with acquisitions, property management, legal, accounting, and finance to optimize portfolio performance.

Compensation Range:
The anticipated wage scale for candidates working in New Jersey and New York is $130,000 to $175,000 per year. Hired applicants will also be eligible for an annual performance-based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
