Our Generation Demand Marketing Associate will focus on building and executing marketing campaigns for new property launches. This role combines strategy and execution, managing campaigns, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll play a key role in property branding, digital advertising, resident retention efforts and presenting our property management services to partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Leadership : Design and implement cost-effective, community-specific marketing plans. Collaborate with digital advertising partners to drive leads.
- Brand Management : Ensure consistent branding across campaigns while showcasing the unique identity of each property.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Partner with internal teams, sponsors, and vendors to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Performance Analysis : Track campaign metrics (e.g., SEM, SEO, GA4), optimize strategies, and present actionable insights.
- Project Oversight : Lead marketing initiatives for several projects at a time, manage timelines, and coordinate promotional events.
- Market Insights : Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and prop-tech advancements to guide marketing decisions.
