Bridge Investment Group is hiring rising senior Summer Interns for our senior housing investment internship in Orlando, Florida for Summer 2025. The program offers unique exposure to one of the fastest-growing global real estate investment management firms. Here you will learn about the acquisition / investment process within Senior Living and Memory Care assets.
Bridge's fast-growing entrepreneurial culture means the Summer Intern will be expected to take lead and contribute to assigned vertical-specific projects, working closely with senior management as well as other interns on company-wide initiatives throughout the program.
Qualifications :
Candidates should be highly motivated, energetic, and savvy with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to thriving in a fast-paced client-facing role and having effective communication skills, a successful candidate should have :
- Desire to excel within private equity real estate
- Excellent oral communication skills and interest in client service
- A self-starter, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude with a keen sense of urgency
- Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Passion for learning and growth with a mindset that no task is too small
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work out of the office where this internship is located for the duration of the program
