Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Substitute Teacher to join our educational team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring that students continue to receive quality education in the absence of their regular teacher. You must have experience working with preschool , infants, toddlers ages.
Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure continuity of instruction.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Communicate clearly with students to facilitate understanding of lesson material.
- Provide nurture and care including diapering when needed to younger infants and toddlers when applicable
- Assist with classroom management and provide support to students as needed.
- Foster a Montessori-inspired approach when applicable, encouraging student independence and exploration.
Skills
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain order and promote a conducive learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students and staff.
- Minimum 6 ECE units.
- TB Test
- Livescan background cleared
