Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Leaders Consultant with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives on innovation and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects, fostering client relationships, and delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

Lead and manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to successful completion.

Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines while ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Provide clear communication, regular updates, and tailored solutions to address client needs and priorities.

Strategic Growth & Innovation

Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding BPCs client portfolio and services.

Develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance client impact and organizational growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings and ensure operational excellence.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and expertise to ensure project success.

Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of professional development and high performance.

Qualifications

Experience :

Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, consulting, or a related leadership role.

Proven success managing complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams in philanthropy, nonprofit, or corporate sectors.

Skills :

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.

Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, and problem-solving.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Expertise in developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive client success.

Proficiency in project management tools and technology.

Education :

Bachelors degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
