The Role:
As our Leasing Agent, you’ll be the face of the community. From showing off our beautiful apartment homes to supporting future and current residents, you'll play a key role in delivering top-tier service and ensuring lease-up success. This is a full-time, on-site role where your people skills and organization will truly shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing activities and lease administration
- Deliver excellent customer service to prospects and residents
- Conduct property tours and build relationships with potential renters
- Collaborate with the property management team to support business goals
- Assist with marketing, outreach, and resident events
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in leasing, lease administration, or residential property management
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
- Previous experience in multifamily or real estate is beneficial
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
