Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly. by completing work request
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- Must have active EPA
- Two years experience in Apartment Maintenance
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Ability to read and understand schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
