- Build and lead a strong property management team

- Make sure the properties are fully rented
- Work with the finance team to meet housing rules and regulations
- Manage budgets for property improvements
- Help identify ways to improve properties
- Provide great customer service for residents and property owners

What we offer
Compensation Details :
The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in Garden Grove, California is $120,000 to $130,000 per year. Hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
