The Resident Service Coordinator position is the management office "Ambassador" to the tenants. Bridge Property Management's image is reflected in the attitude, appearance, and image portrayed by the Resident Service Coordinator.

Manage Resident pool usage, maintain the pool and pool deck areas in an efficient, and professional manner.
Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)
Essential Functions

- Arrange and plan various events and classes
- Assist in planning resident functions
- Follow Bridge policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state and federal laws
- Follow all safety procedures and notify supervisor of safety hazards
- Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

- Ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships quickly
- Leasing, sales and closing skills
- Competence in the use of standard office equipment including telephones, Internet, fax machine, and photocopier
- Basic computer and data-entry skills

- High school graduate or equivalent
- 6 months service industry experience
- Regular office work, however, occasional outside duties in all weather conditions

Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)
- Knowing, understanding, and ensuring the pool rules are being followed by all residents and their guests.
- Ensuring that ALL members are checking in as it is required for entry into the pool area.
- Understanding and ensuring that ALL pool levels stay in compliance with regulations.
- In the event of pool contamination (feces, blood, vomit or any other substance considered harmful) the Community Manager must be contacted immediately, and the pool must be evacuated and tagged with a sign that reads Pool Closed until further notice.
- Spray down the bathrooms and pool deck.
- Arrange tables and chairs. Inspect sports equipment to identify repair or replacement needs.
- Assist with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.
- Make hourly checks of bathrooms for soap, paper supplies, and miscellaneous items. Replenish and clean as necessary.
- Properly straightening patio furniture, place any left items in lost and found.
- Pick up unused toys, trash and debris and empty trash containers throughout and at the end of your shift.
- Complete the closing checklist and ensure the pool gate and bathroom doors are locked and securely closed after each shift.
- If any pool equipment has been damaged or property damage of any kind has occurred, the Community Manager will be informed immediately.
- May be required to lift and carry up to lift up 25 pounds in various forms. In an emergency may lift more than100 pounds.
- Required to stand and/or be in continuous motion for extended periods of time while performing job functions with physical endurance.
- Must be capable of working under pressure as well as organizing and planning efficiently.
- Must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time.
- Must be capable of working in extreme hot temperatures.
- Must display effective communication, exceptional customer service, and organizational skills.
- Must display accountability and reliability regarding attendance as it is essential for the position.
- Must be able to receive and follow detailed instructions, as well as give them, and ensure detailed instructions are followed.
- Must be able to always swim and maintain alertness.
- Certified proof of 18 years of age required.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.

- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
