Joining a team that is highly entrepreneurial, you will be exposed to every part of the real estate investment process, supporting deal flow and developing a skill set that is second to none, all in a growing division.
Make an impact
- Create and manage financial models for acquisitions, financing, construction draws, new lease analysis, and investor reporting utilizing both Argus and Excel models.
- Assist and manage due diligence process of potential new acquisitions including site visits, market research, and lease analysis.
- Create investment committee memos and offering books.
- Create and manage corporate and portfolio models detailing available cash and distributions.
- Manage disposition processes, including financial information, due diligence and offering materials.
- Oversee required monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to BLP’s investors and lenders.
- Build relationships with brokers and market participants, collect market data and contribute to though pieces for investors.
