Make an impact

You will oversee the Asset Management of portfolio of multifamily properties and collaborate with the investment team on new acquisitions.

  • Drive value by developing and executing strategic operational and business plan recommendations
  • Become an expert on regional market dynamics to guide asset-level and market-level decision making
  • Oversee multimillion-dollar capex projects
  • Assist with creation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Monitor and review financial and operational performance
  • Build and maintain detailed analyses related to property valuation and asset performance
  • Assist in the preparation of analyses to determine investor distribution amounts
  • Ensure compliance with loan document covenants as it pertains to leasing, future funding, escrow reimbursements, and other covenants, as necessary
  • Provide administrative support to Bridge Property Management
  • Collaborate with acquisition team on new multifamily investment opportunities
  • Build financial models and perform scenario analyses
  • Provide support in disposition process

What you should bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of commercial real estate analysis preferred
  • Ability to create financial models in Excel
  • Ability to analyze Income Statements and Balance Sheets
  • Fluent using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detailed-oriented with effective administrative and analytical skills
  • Self- starter comfortable working alone or with a team within a flexible with workflow
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • 401K : Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. These contributions belong 100% to the employee upon their contribution. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out.
  • The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off : Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement : Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
