What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate - Asset Management position at Bridge Senior Living?
Make an impact
You will oversee the Asset Management of portfolio of multifamily properties and collaborate with the investment team on new acquisitions.
- Drive value by developing and executing strategic operational and business plan recommendations
- Become an expert on regional market dynamics to guide asset-level and market-level decision making
- Oversee multimillion-dollar capex projects
- Assist with creation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor and review financial and operational performance
- Build and maintain detailed analyses related to property valuation and asset performance
- Assist in the preparation of analyses to determine investor distribution amounts
- Ensure compliance with loan document covenants as it pertains to leasing, future funding, escrow reimbursements, and other covenants, as necessary
- Provide administrative support to Bridge Property Management
- Collaborate with acquisition team on new multifamily investment opportunities
- Build financial models and perform scenario analyses
- Provide support in disposition process
