The Vice President of Affordable Housing Compliance of Bridge Property Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s compliance program to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies. This leadership role involves developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks, monitoring regulatory changes, and fostering a culture of ethical behavior and accountability. The VP of Compliance will collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure compliance across all operations, identify potential compliance issues, and lead efforts to address them proactively. Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and Implementing Compliance Programs : Design and oversee comprehensive compliance strategies to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks across the organization.
- Regulatory Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure the organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and industry standards.
