Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Director to oversee Quality Assurance Activities designed to ensure compliance with State and Federal Licensing Rules and Regulations. As well as to ensure all programs are in compliance with Medicaid requirements for documentation and billing.
To provide consultative support to management on regulatory issues that affect services or operations.
Coordinate and support all activties for BSS regular maintenance and renewal of Maine licensing and certification.
Oversee the training department and compliance of all employees of HCBS rules, as well as all College of Direct support Trainings. The Quality Assurance Director provides all if the College of Direct Support live class trainings.
Maintain system of management reporting that provide timely and relevant information on all aspects of compliance, CQI, and QA issues. Ensures the timely completion of Reportable Events and that follow ups are completed timely and effeciently.
