Bridge Surgical Arts is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Office in Columbia MD. We are seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our administrative team as a Receptionist/Front Desk.
- Prepare and submit insurance claims for oral surgery procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility to optimize reimbursement
- Review and reconcile patient accounts, maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Stay updated on insurance regulations and billing codes pertinent to oral surgery procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of patient information
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and friendly experience
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, coordinating with the clinical team
- Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information about our services
- Check-in patients, update their records, and collect necessary paperwork
- Collaborate closely with the billing team to ensure accurate insurance information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist in managing patient flow and optimizing the appointment schedule
Hours:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00am- 4:00pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-12pm.
