What are the responsibilities and job description for the SDWAN Engineer position at Bridge Technologies and Solutions?
The SDWAN Engineer will work with internal stakeholders across multiple business groups to spur innovation and drive business growth through :
Emerging technologies / Network Transformation, SD-WAN (primarily Viptella), LAN, WAN and Cloud security
Implementation and configuration of new proposed technologies.
The Engineer will work with customers to mesh activities between people, technology, and the architectures necessary to implement strategies that allow Enterprise customers to innovate, drive operational and technical efficiencies, improve technical performance, and deliver a more responsive network environment.
In this role, you'll be responsible for :
Consistently demonstrate the value of client Professional Services by delivering highly professional and successful engagements.
Review and analyze current technology infrastructure and its ability to support strategic objectives.
Identify technology and current SD-WAN & LAN / WAN environment limitations and cross reference them to client's business drivers.
Identify and propose specific strategies, initiatives and remedies necessary to align technology and infrastructure with corporate objectives.
Support development of business drivers, business case and high-level program implementation plan aligned to a strategy to both maximize Client benefit realization and revenue.
Translate Client business issues / opportunities into technical solution / business requirements.
Collaborate with presales engineering and client on strategic architectural planning to achieve goals by prioritizing initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future state architectures.
Team player
Develop and implement network changes, working with managed services and developing ROC and archiving related documentation according to procedures.
Able to take direction
AGILE Methodologies-Ability to work independently in the AGILE project environment, write stories and manage Sprints. Communicate effectively with the Scrum master.
