Responsibilities
- Management oversight from pre-construction through the estimating, bidding, and project management process.
- Performing take-off processes, including reviewing blueprints, estimating costs associated with the scope of work, and producing accurate job bid proposals.
- Responsible for implementing and administering contracts.
- Attending pre-bid meetings, job site walk-throughs, and regular site visits to ensure active projects are progressing as planned.
This role requires strong communication skills across all departments, as well as with vendors, professional contacts, and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, with a focus on the drywall trade. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
