Bridge to Brilliance is seeking Level 1 and Level 2 Behavioral Therapists (Full time & Part time) to join our team in Minnetonka, MN. In this role, you will implement ABA therapy to support individuals with autism and developmental challenges, helping them achieve their goals and improve their daily functioning. Success in this position is defined by making meaningful progress in client development, collaborating effectively with the team, and contributing to a positive, supportive environment. Responsibilities
The following responsibilities are included but not limited to:
- Implement ABA therapy programs, focusing on client-specific goals and behavior improvement.
- Track and record client progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet individual goals.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to clients, helping them build social, communication, and daily living skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records and session documentation in line with company standards.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and contribute to treatment adjustments.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients, following ethical and professional guidelines.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed on the latest ABA practices.
- Take responsibility for cleaning up with/after clients during and after sessions to maintain a safe and organized environment.
Experience:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a plus but not required.
Education (Level 1 Provider):
- A doctoral or master’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, social work, etc.).
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure or similar credentials.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field with advanced certification in an EIDBI-recognized treatment modality.
Skills:
- A deep passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with clients, families, and the team.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Professionalism and discretion in maintaining confidentiality at all times.
