Role Summary
Bridge is looking for a Product Engineer (Intern or Full-Time) passionate about leveraging innovative AI-powered low-code/no-code platforms to develop user-focused applications and tools. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with our CEO, COO, CTO, and Product Manager, contributing significantly to our mission of streamlining and simplifying commercial financing. The ideal candidate will combine engineering education, a deep interest in product development, and enthusiasm for leveraging the latest AI and low-code tools.
This role is perfect for someone looking to blend strategic thinking and hands-on application building, with ample opportunity to grow in data analysis and structuring.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand customer needs and business requirements.
- Utilize low-code/no-code platforms and cutting-edge AI tools to rapidly develop and deploy applications.
- Design, build, and maintain intuitive user interfaces and workflows to automate and enhance customer-facing and internal processes.
- Integrate applications with existing systems, databases, and third-party services.
- Test, debug, and continuously iterate on applications to ensure high quality and performance.
- Analyze data generated by applications and user interactions to inform product decisions.
- Provide technical documentation and user training to facilitate adoption and usage of developed solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education or training in product, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Familiarity and interest with low-code/no-code platforms such as Lovable, Cursor, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, Bubble, Webflow, Airtable, Retool, Zapier, etc.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience or exposure to programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, or Java.
- Interest or experience in using AI tools to enhance product capabilities and user experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus: Experience or interest in data analysis, data structuring, and database management.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
