We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to guide clients through their journey, ensuring a seamless experience as they explore buying, selling, or optimizing their businesses. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service, from the initial stages through the delivery of critical business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for business owners, managing their journey from onboarding through to report delivery and beyond.
- Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of customized business valuation and optimization reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather essential documents and data from clients, including tax filings, financial statements, and other key business documentation.
- Coordinate with valuation analysts to ensure the seamless delivery of business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Provide regular, clear updates to clients, addressing any concerns and guiding them through the process.
- Assist business owners in understanding and implementing business recommendations, whether they are buying, selling, or optimizing their operations.
- Conduct risk analysis to mitigate unforeseen obstacles and manage costs, ensuring projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations, fostering productive relationships and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful execution of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards and are delivered on time.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and client success.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-4 years of experience in project management, client success, or account management roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes for business owners.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams to ensure smooth delivery of client solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in business valuations or financial services.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges small businesses face, especially in buying, selling, or optimizing their operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
