Role Description
Bridge is seeking a highly strategic yet hands-on Vice President of Marketing & Growth. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of all marketing and growth initiatives, leveraging a mix of organic strategies, paid channels, and our strategic corporate partnerships to significantly expand our user base of business owners and hospitality developers. Reporting directly to the COO & Co-Founder, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate Bridge’s market leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the Growth Strategy: Define and execute a robust, data-driven, comprehensive growth strategy that utilizes paid, organic, and strategic partnership channels.
- Lead Demand Generation: Oversee performance and continuously refine strategies across all digital channels (SEM, social, display, SEO, content), referral programs, and conversion rate optimization to grow qualified borrower submissions.
- Leverage Strategic Partnerships: Maximize the value of Bridge’s corporate partnerships, developing innovative ways to scale user acquisition through co-marketing, integrated campaigns, and targeted initiatives.
- Hands-On Leadership: Actively manage marketing, growth, and partnership teams, fostering a culture of experimentation, rapid execution, and relentless optimization.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement rigorous testing frameworks and analytics to continuously measure, learn, and scale effective growth tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and partnership teams to align growth strategies with overall company objectives, ensuring seamless integration of marketing initiatives with product launches and partnership activations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing and growth-focused role. Experience in fintech, marketplace, proptech, or SMB is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling innovative & disruptive user acquisition and growth using a mix of paid, organic, and partnership-driven channels.
- Deeply analytical mindset; comfortable using data-driven insights to rapidly test, learn, and iterate.
- High-energy leader capable of inspiring and motivating teams, driving continuous experimentation, and achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Ability to learn and use the latest AI/ML tools to drive product growth
