You are a seasoned HR professional focused on delivering innovative and superior tools that support our global workforce. Having worked in HR, you understand how to translate People processes into technical solutions that focus on efficiency and compliance while always having the end-user in mind. You want to enable employees, managers, cross-functional partners and the People team to have direct access to the data they need to expedite information to make educated decisions for themselves and broader teams. You strive to help employees become empowered and educated through self-service and on-demand system resources. You enjoy keeping abreast of the latest technological innovations research and analysis of recommendations and then leverage your creativity to evolve the full scope of competitive and cost-effective benefits offerings.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of Workday and become the functional Subject Matter Expert
- Manage Workday HCM and other People tools system administration, integration eco-system, and upgrade cycles
- Develop, deliver and maintain trainings; job aids and other learning resources for system end users at all levels
- Research and assess new and emerging tools to be evaluated against changing business needs/processes to predict downstream implications and opportunities for system enhancements
- Establish / engage with support and internal IT partners to support a healthy system
- Act as the primary contact to navigate complex technical issues, and manage accurate budget tracking
- Lead upgrade planning and communication campaigns
- Monitor recurring issues, system/data or process issues and proactively identify a path to resolution
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with the broader People Team, IT and other stakeholders
- Participation in additional projects and manage other responsibilities as appropriate

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience solely focused on HR Systems, experience in biotech a plus
- Participated in a minimum of 1 Workday HCM implementation and reported directly into HR, not a technical team
- Clear understanding of HR processes and programs
- Working knowledge of current global data privacy laws, HIPAA, federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, governing people, personal and employment data
- Vendor engagement and management, including negotiations, performance monitoring, RFPs, and contract termination
- Experience with internal and external Data audits
- Developed People data reports and dashboards using both standard and custom reports
- Security administration, experience with SOX compliance a plus
- Demonstrated stakeholder management in complex and matrixed organizations
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Huaman Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, related field or translated work experience
- Skills

Salary : $105,000 - $135,000
