Who You Are
We are seeking a highly skilled and relationship-focused Director / Senior Director of Investor Relations (IR) to foster and improve relations with investors and the financial community. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with the investment community while supporting the operational aspects of the IR function. This role will serve as a key liaison between our senior leadership team and the investment community, ensuring transparency, establishing trust, and building long-term shareholder value.
Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key analysts, institutional investors, and major shareholders
Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings, roadshows, investor conferences, and other events to engage with the investment communityProactively engage with the investment community to provide insights into the company’s strategic direction, assets, and performanceAct as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and insightful responsesRelationship Building :Work closely with the executive team to articulate the company’s value proposition, growth strategy, and business objectives in a manner that resonates with investors
Operational Support :Prepare quarterly earnings materials, including press releases, investor presentations, and call scripts, ensuring clear and consistent messaging
Support the planning and execution of investor events, including logistics and material preparationCorporate Messaging & Disclosure :Ensure consistent and accurate messaging in all public-facing materials, including earnings reports, press releases, and investor presentations
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all disclosures meet regulatory requirements and corporate governance standardsNo matter your role at BridgeBio, successful team members are :

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or finance, with a proven track record in senior leadership rolesProven ability to build and manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, senior leadership, and other key stakeholdersExperience working closely with senior executives, analysts, and institutional investors in a publicly traded company environmentStrong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirementsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for various audiencesTeam-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindsetTravel : Willingness to travel up to 40% of the timePreferred Attributes : Experience with a public, commercial-stage biotech companyHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
