Who You Are
As the Sr. Manager, Commercial Finance, you will support the company's newly approved product, Attruby™, and commercial launch readiness for multiple late-stage assets. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders across the company, including but not limited to Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Market Access & Medical Affairs. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills will be essential for this role, as well as a passion to be a part of the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial and Medical Affairs leadership to optimize decision making, meet financial commitments and ensure effective resource allocation
- Lead all financial planning cycles (LRP, Plan, Reforecasts) for functional budgets, headcount, balance sheet items
- Develop comprehensive forecasting and analysis, focusing on demand, revenue, operating expense, key trends and variance analysis to support decision making across commercial functions
- Partner with Supply Chain to ensure alignment of demand plan to achieve uninterrupted supply
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships by embedding finance into decision-making channels
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency
- Ensure compliance and controllership discipline is applied through all aspects of in scope decisions, ensuring policies and US GAAP adherence and upholding the highest levels of ethics
- Revenue Management, Gross to Net modeling & Payer Reimbursement Analytics in conjunction with Revenue Recognition Accounting Guidelines (ASC 606) is a plus
