We are dedicated to hiring qualified BCBA therapists to provide exceptional care to children with Autism. Our goal is to create a rewarding work environment for our therapists, allowing them to make a meaningful difference in their clients' lives.

Job Description

We seek full-time, in-home Colorado Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) professionals who can ensure program effectiveness through comprehensive assessments, staff supervision, and direct client services.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • A BCBA License
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Ability to conduct functional behavioral health assessments and write behavioral positive behavior support plans
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between assignments

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure program effectiveness
  • Perform comprehensive initial assessments
  • Plan, manage, coordinate, and evaluate assigned staff efforts to achieve the objectives of the client's IEP / IFSP
  • Provide training and supervision of Behavior Technicians
  • Implement the program curricula
  • Manage data regarding the client's progress
  • Assume responsibility for recording data daily and reporting client status
  • Prepare annual reports regarding program effectiveness
