Duties:
- Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the organization
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and transactions

Qualifications-
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills to handle guest complaints or issues
- Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
