Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Bridge Crest Post Acute
Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate and skilled team! We are proud to be a great place to work , offering a supportive environment where our team members thrive.
Compensation :
20-$25 per hour , depending on experience.
Responsibilities :
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide mobility support, including transferring and repositioning residents as needed.
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
Serve meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
Ensure residents' rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable.
Document care provided and any significant observations accurately.
Foster a caring, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
Comply with infection control and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications :
Current CNA certification in the state of Washington
Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute facility is a plus, but not required.
