A major global firm (our client) is looking for a Business Immigration Paralegal to join their team East Hanover, NJ. Hybrid OK.
Will assist team with preparing various immigration petitions and applications (PERM, I-140, TN, H-1B, EB-5 etc.)
Must have experience preparing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions and knowledge of complex issues within immigration.
