The ideal candidate will be an expert in user experience design, capable of conducting thorough research to inform design decisions, and adept at working within government agency frameworks. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with various teams to create accessible, user-friendly interfaces across multiple devices and connectivity environments. In this position, you can expect to:
- Develop and implement user experience strategies aligned with DHS guidelines

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in user experience (UX) design, preferably in government or consultancy settings
- Strong knowledge of UX best practices and current industry trends
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create responsive designs for multiple device types
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and low-connectivity design considerations
- Experience working in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments
- Knowledge of government agency design frameworks (DHS experience a plus)
- Bachelors of Science or Arts is preferred.
