Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring financial management, adherence to schedules, and maintenance of high-quality standards. You will interact with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results for both new and repeat clients.
Key Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Serve as the primary contact for all project-related duties.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while supervising site superintendents.
- Facilitate communication and interactions with owners, architects, and clients.
- Develop and maintain project schedules (3-week look ahead).
- Oversee budget control and project buyout processes.
- Handle pay applications and monthly billing.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project closeouts.
- Familiarity with software such as Procore, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Project is preferred.
Qualifications for Project Manager:
- 5-10 years of proven project management experience, preferably in the commercial contracting sector.
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Estimator Role Overview:
As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in our pre-construction planning by managing estimates, take-offs, and collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers. You will support the Preconstruction Manager in various functions to ensure accurate project estimations.
Key Responsibilities for Estimator:
- Assist in preconstruction functions, including estimating and preparing proposals.
- Solicit subcontractors to ensure comprehensive coverage of projects.
- Analyze project scopes for consistency among subcontractor proposals.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and participate in pre-bid meetings/site visits.
- Collaborate with the project team to prepare estimates and scopes of work.
Qualifications for Estimator:
- At least 5 years of experience in estimating or pre-construction project planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Procore, BlueBeam, and ProEst software is preferred.
