Coordinates, communicates, and provides oversight to promote a smooth transition among the off-going and on-coming shifts to enhance unit operations. Responsible for implementing the staffing plan as created by the RCC and implementing steps to reduce overtime. - Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive acute care experience to include supervision and management of specific areas.
- A Registered Nurse - RN licensed to practice nursing in Washington, DC.
