Responsibilities/Qualifications
Bridgepoint Maintenance is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join our Flooring department, in the Grand Rapids area. This role will be instrumental in supporting our maintenance department to uphold high standards in maintaining a beautiful and secure environment. Responsibilities:
- Experience installing all types of flooring, carpet, vinyl, hardwood and tile
- Must be able to work politely with senior residents
- Assumes responsibility for installation quality and correctness, and cost effectiveness on all jobs
- Ability to complete repairs
- Timely completion of installing flooring
- Keep the maintenance supervisor informed of any issues or occurrences and to seek guidance and support from the supervisor but must be able to perform duties under minimal supervision
