Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, building strong relationships, and meeting sales targets. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online sales inquiries, and engaging with potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage the sales pipeline. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make an impact by driving growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up post-sale
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to potential buyers.
- Utilize inventory to track equipment availability and manage online listings.
- Engage in outbound sales efforts to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, including internet leads and sales.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure seamless communication regarding inventory and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Agriculture Equipment, Boats, ATV, UTVs, and Trailers
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong mathematical skills for pricing calculations and inventory control.
- Experience in sales or a dealership environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management related to sales processes.
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Previous experience in outbound sales is advantageous.

Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
