We are looking for a responsible employee to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties includes: providing support to management and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and working with the team to complete tasks at hand. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools such as MS Office. Computer skills are a must. Ultimately, a successful employee should ensure the day-to-day operation of our department is run smoothly and efficiently. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work is a must.
Responsibilities
- Write and distribute email, correspondences, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain filing and organization in office
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Data Entry on return platforms
Skills
- Proven experience as an office assistant
- Knowledge of computer systems
- Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree or the equivalent.
Employees must be able to pass a drug test and background check at time of interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42 – 45 per week
