What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter Person position at Bridgeport Equipment & Tool?
This position is for the parts department. We are looking for a team player who can work well with others and possess good customer service skills. We are looking for someone who will show up every scheduled day.
Duties:
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs, such as parts for hand held tools and large equipment. Experience in parts ordering is required. Supplies Service Technicians with parts needed, Keeps parts department clean and orderly, Performs duties including taking inventory and ordering stock for the department.
The applicant must have a high energy level and be able to handle multiple tasks while being organized and detail oriented. The position does require some Saturdays.
A background check and drug test are required for employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
