Full time and/or PT APRN. Independent practice preferred. 3 years of experience in family medicine with an interest in women's health and/or pediatrics highly preferred. See an average of 6-10 patients per day. In person with some telehealth hours available. NP owned clinic with patient satisfaction and provider satisfaction as a top priority.
Salary and Benefits:
-Flexible schedule. 4 hours of admin hours built into salary.
-120k/ year starting salary with annual raises expected.
-4 weeks PTO/year after 90 day probation period, may also use up to 5 unpaid sick days-Major holidays paid.
-401k with match available.
-Licensing and DEA paid after 12 months ongoing employment.
Willing to negotiate on pay/benefits/scheduling for a highly competitive and established candidate.
The ideal candidate for this role will help patients reduce the cost of healthcare while placing the patient's health goals as a top priority. The nurse practitioner will treat the patient holistically including: family dynamics, socio-economic challenges, personal goals and values, and proven clinical practice guidelines. The ideal candidate in confident treating patients independently or is experienced in researching clinical trials and peer-reviewed journals in order to provide high-quality, safe care. The ideal candidate will minimize unnecessary referrals and urgent care/ER visits for patients, ultimately providing cost-effective, high-quality health care.
