About Bridges Bros Movers

We are an award winning, family-owned moving and storage company looking for a dedicated Office & Marketing Associate to join our team.

Job Summary :

The Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible for a range of daily tasks that include :

providing phone support for our clients, assisting with booking appointments, scheduling jobs and answering questions.
marketing tasks that range from creating social media content and email blasts to preparing markerting mailers and other marketing related responsibilities.
office administrative tasks including preparation of job paperwork, reconciliation and filing of completed job orders, etc.

Requirements :

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience developing marketing content and be able to provide examples of their past marketing projects.

Familiarity with various software applications, including customer relationship management tools (CRM), social media applications (Facebook, Instragram, LinkedIn, etc), Microsoft Office and / or Google Office.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the moving industry is a plus, but not required.

Education :

Associates Degree or higher.

Salary :

50,000 to $55,000 annually plus benefits.

Hours :

Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
