SUMMARY: Supervision, instruction, training, tracking and guidance of individuals served in a day program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
a) Supervises all ADT staff.
b) Conducts staff scheduling and time approval in software system and conducts all training.
c) Participates on planning team when appropriate, including participation in IPP/ISP meeting.
GENERAL DUTIES
a) Provides supervision, instruction, training and guidance to staff and individuals served in all aspects of skills development and related training. This includes meal time.
b) Schedules individuals’ programs to ensure skill development, vocational, life skills and IPP objectives are met. Develop and implement on-going program curriculum.
c) Prepares all related paperwork on individuals to include daily work/payroll records, training records, behavior tracking, incident reports and documentation of progress relevant to Individual Program Plans (IPP’s).
d) Assists in maintaining a professional center environment by correcting disruptive behaviors and keeping areas neat and safe.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
