Job Description

Bridges Healthcare is a telehealth platform that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals and families. We are expanding our network of licensed providers and looking to hire a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within the state of Indiana. Your role will involve working with diverse populations to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via Telehealth Services.

Duties -

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients of all ages
Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate clients and families about mental health and coping strategies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and detailed client records
Utilize coding systems to document services provided

Requirements -

Must hold a valid LCSW, LMFT, LMHC within the state of Indiana - Required

Current LCSW licensure in the state of practice

Minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience

The ability to apply and receive an Indiana Telehealth Certificate for Out-of-State Practitioners or an initial Telehealth Provider Certification

Experience working with pediatric and adult populations preferred

knowledge of special education services and resources

Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Ability to provide case management services

Proficiency in conducting group therapy sessions

Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must possess the ability to supervise LCSWA, MSWs needing supervision or BSW interns

Public Wi-Fi cannot be used or considered as an option

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

This is a remote position.
