Bridges Health, Oklahoma's only 100% employee-owned post-acute and long-term care provider, is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join their team at Woodward Skilled Nursing and Therapy in Woodward, OK!

Summary Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall management of the clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of our Medicare-certified facility.
- Oversee facility compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommend operational changes as needed.
- Ensure and improve the financial stability of the facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Two (2) or more years of Nursing Home Administration experience.
Desired Experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Proven success in operations, compliance, sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction.
