We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. You will be responsible for processing orders, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, warehouse) to fulfill customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare quotes for customers.
- Assist walk-in customers with their metal needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
