Description
I am looking for someone with hr experience/245 D license, who could help me in the office 1-2 days a week and help in the field with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Assist in succession planning and affirmative action planning initiatives.
- Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support for employee onboarding and training programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with succession planning and affirmative action planning is a plus.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week
