Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with special needs. The Coach will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to create an inclusive environment that fosters empowerment and skill development.
Duties
- Develop and implement tailored training programs that meet the unique needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Conduct assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement in clients.
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to educate clients on life skills, employment readiness, and social integration.
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in training development or workforce development is preferred.
- Familiarity with working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or autism is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A compassionate approach with a commitment to empowering individuals in their personal journeys.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
