Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders according to established Standard Operating Procedures.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their Purchase Orders.
- Schedule pick-ups as necessary.
- Issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) slips when products are reported as damaged.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Technical Support departments on customer-related issues.
- Complete RMA processes, including credit requests to the Finance Department and notifications to customers.
- Issue Non-Warranty Returns (NWR) slips for physical product returns.
- Provide Certification of Airworthiness (COA) certificates and 8130 documents upon request.
- Maintain accurate records of customer requests, orders in progress, and completed orders according to current processes.
This role is performed in the BAU offices, requiring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
