As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems, providing expert advice to customers, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnoses and repairs of vehicle systems, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle maintenance and repair, using clear and concise language
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements through continuous training and professional development
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
- ASE certifications in multiple areas (A1-A8)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
