Position Summary
We’re currently looking for a Finance Manager for Southeast Division Operations to join our team in Nashville.
This role plays a critical role in providing strategic decision support, operational financial guidance, and value-added analysis for Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO). The position will report to the business CFO and have a strong business partnership with the Division Vice President, working extensively with the retail senior leadership team, field operations, and HQ Finance team. The specific scope of responsibility includes 1 direct report in support of 660 company-owned retail stores in the Southeast segment of the U.S.
*** This role can be located fully REMOTE from any location in FL or HYBRID schedule in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday @ Bridgestone HQ in Nashville, TN. 10-20% domestic and International travel required. ***
Responsibilities
Financial Performance & Analysis – Provide performance metrics, P&L trend analysis, and profitability insights to improve efficiency and financial outcomes.
Strategic Business Partnership – Collaborate with senior leaders and the Division VP to develop and implement strategic plans while acting as a trusted financial advisor.
Operational Accountability – Partner with regions to ensure financial discipline, manage budget planning, and drive accountability for results.
Financial Controls & Compliance – Maintain a strong control environment, oversee audits, and ensure compliance with financial policies to protect company assets.
Advanced Analytics & Reporting – Lead KPI reporting, build performance dashboards, and enhance financial disciplines across the organization.
Leadership & Special Projects – Direct a finance team, influence indirect reports, engage in enterprise-wide projects, and drive fact-based decision-making.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance / MBA Preferred
Strong cross-functional leadership, support and communication skills
5-7 years of finance and operating leadership experience
Experience managing direct reports with remote team management a plus
Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
Strong working knowledge of retail a plus
